The organisation is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their newly formed Business Improvement and Support Team and help the wider business deliver their transformational plans. 

A value orientated organisation working together to create communities where people want to live they manage circa 5,000 homes over a wide geographical area and residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support. 

Your role, as Business Improvement Manager, will be to:

• Develop strategic and operational approach to business improvement
• Work collaboratively with Joint Leadership Team to implement a systematic programme of business improvement reviews
• Support teams and managers to identify and realise improvement benefits
• Develop intelligence lead responses to service redesign
• Analyse data; identify trends; develop the business case for change and understand the costs of services and return on investment

Candidate Requirements:

For this Business Improvement Manager role, the successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in business improvement methods
• Well practised in delivering effective and sustainable business improvement
• Proficient in data analysis and have high numeracy and literacy standards
• Be an excellent communicator
• A strategic thinker and performance driven
