The organisation is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their newly formed Business Improvement and Support Team and help the wider business deliver their transformational plans.
A value orientated organisation working together to create communities where people want to live they manage circa 5,000 homes over a wide geographical area and residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.
Your role, as Business Improvement Manager, will be to:
- Develop strategic and operational approach to business improvement
- Work collaboratively with Joint Leadership Team to implement a systematic programme of business improvement reviews
- Support teams and managers to identify and realise improvement benefits
- Develop intelligence lead responses to service redesign
- Analyse data; identify trends; develop the business case for change and understand the costs of services and return on investment
Candidate Requirements:
For this Business Improvement Manager role, the successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in business improvement methods
- Well practised in delivering effective and sustainable business improvement
- Proficient in data analysis and have high numeracy and literacy standards
- Be an excellent communicator
- A strategic thinker and performance driven
