Working within the International Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional performance to our multiple UK websites.

You will hold a pivotal position within the organisation with high ROI expectations from the International leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved in a fast paced moving International Organisation and to work credibly with the most senior people.

The ideal candidate will be extremely proficient in data analysis as most of the decisions taken in this team are data driven.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute all paid for campaigns through existing channels for the UK market
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a monthly and weekly basis
  • Analyse trends and optimise marketing spend based on performance and insights
  • Identify and set up new partners to increase our audience reach. Continuously suggest new and creative growth opportunities.
  • Introduce and test new channels / advertising opportunities - Closely monitor and report on results
  • Work in close collaboration with the product team to plan, execute, and measure onsite experiments
  • Utilise analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end visitors experience across multiple channels and touch points. Use findings to influence decisions on projects prioritisation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and partners based worldwide
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in Digital Marketing
  • Worked in an eCommerce or Media/Classified business with strong understanding of transactional websites
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid for campaigns through PPC, Partners and Display
  • Highly analytical with strong experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising websites to improve conversion and user engagement
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and high proficiency in using Excel. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking is a key skill for this position
  • Comfortable in implementing new partners using XML feeds and setting up tracking adequately
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Online Marketing and measurement
  • Able to work independently. Flexible while working with stakeholders in different time zones
