The ideal candidate will provide an exemplary level of Customer Service to both external and internal stakeholders, in addition to delivering admin support as and when required. They will possess a personable and professional attitude with a keen willingness to learn. Experience in customer service is desired but not essential.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Providing an exceptional level of Customer Service at all times.
- Acting as a first line support and handling incoming calls from customers, clients and suppliers helping to resolve queries where appropriate.
- Making outgoing calls to suppliers to progress clients cases.
- Dealing with Customer, Client and Supplier queries in a helpful and efficient manor, both by telephone and email.
- Helping to develop systems and processes to maximise benefit for the company and minimising cost.
- Providing appropriate solutions to our clients within SLA's and managing cases through to resolution.
- Ensuring that you work with all of the other staff at the company to reach and meet the companies aims and goals.
- Building successful relationships with both internal and external clients
- Displaying initiative in proactively monitoring client cases and identifying any issues that require escalation.
- Working collaboratively across multiple departments across the business and always show a willingness to support others in their roles.
- Consistently displaying a passion for Customer Service and being confident in providing our clients with an exemplary level of customer care.
- Maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism both in communications with our clients as well as within the team and business as a whole.
- Investigating and solving complex client issues.
- Maintaining and recording case notes to ensure complete audit trails.
