Assistant Data and Examinations Officer
Actual starting salary £10,422.02 pa with progression to £12,159.42 pa
We require an Assistant Data and Examinations Officer to assist the Exams and Data Manager. This is a new post and is required for September 2016.
The successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of all internal and external examinations within the school and update and maintain the school reporting system, from the creation of marksheets to the compilation of reports.
We are looking for someone with a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail, who can remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and outside agencies both verbally and in writing.
Applicants should have high levels of fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel and knowledge of SIMS is essential. Familiarity with SIMS Exams Organiser and SIMS Assessment Manager would also be advantageous.
The post is term time only (including INSET) plus 15 days to cover the summer exam results’ period. The role also has a split work pattern, it is predominantly part time working 22.5 hours per week, however, during the summer exam season, the role does becomes full time.
