Student Support Assistant

  • Full Time (37 hours per week) - Term time only plus Training Days (39 weeks per year)
  • Band C - Salary Range £15,941 - £20,849 pro-rata; Actual pay - £13,605 - £17,794

Responsibilities will include supporting children with academic, emotional and pastoral care to promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning within the School as directed by pastoral leaders. The role includes assisting the Head of Pastoral Care with day to day monitoring and working alongside our Heads of Year to promote excellent behaviour, high standards of effort, manners and positive attitudes to learning.

The Academy provides CPD opportunities, childcare vouchers, pension and cycle to work scheme.
