Interim IT Category Manager
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £500-600/day
6 Month Contract
I am currently working on behalf of one of the world's largest banks in their search for an experienced IT Category Manager covering Software , Hardware , Infrastructure & Apps.
About The Role
* Areas of spend - Software, Hardware, Infrastructure & Apps.
* Manage spend over 100M.
* Oversee 5 Senior Buyers.
* Manage supplier performance.
* Point of contact for key offshore vendors.
* Lead Supplier Engagement Activity.
* Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure relevant business units engaged as appropriate.
About The Person
* FS industry experience essential.
* Minimum of 5 years Category Management experience.
* CIPS Qualified.
* Polished stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
