Customer Service Apprentice

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Apprentice to join our team and succeed within our business. The position will be based in Manchester City Centre and it would be perfect for somebody who is interested in: customer service, admin, reception and providing a great customer experience. If you are somebody who enjoys learning and developing their existing skillset, ambitious and motivated to perform at the best of their abilities, this position would be ideal for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be somebody who is a good team worker, intelligent and a brilliant communicator (both written and verbal). This person will be empathetic and understanding, happy, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile.The person we are looking for will show enthusiasm to the role and their own personal and professional development, they will be keen to progress and strive to exceed expectations daily.

The day to day duties the successful candidate would find themselves involved with include, but are not limited to:

• liaising with clients / customers via telephone and emailliaising with solicitors/case managers with regards to new business enquiries
• administration
• managing the therapists diaries
• working alongside receptionists and customer service employees
• ensuring all new enquiries convert to new business
• social media

Specifics:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. This could include some evening and weekend work and it will be based in Manchester City Centre.
