We are looking for an Advanced Content Writer to join our innovative Trinity Mirror Regionals Shared Content Unit based in Liverpool. You could currently be working on a website publishing a high standard of content - or an established reporter looking to develop your skills. You will be full of ideas, comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines and capable of writing a wide range of content covering everything from must-see TV to fashion launches to the latest food trends.
What you'll be doing
As an Advanced Content Writer you will be producing and delivering mainly non local features content across a wide selection of trending and calendar related topics to digital desks across the Trinity Mirror Network. You will also be creating and publishing bespoke content with affiliate link potential.
The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging, audience-led content, have an understanding of analytics, search trends and SEO. They should also possess first class social media skills.
We also expect our staff to maintain the highest personal standards of professionalism and integrity at all times within the framework of current legislation and Trinity Mirror's editorial and company policies. You will ensure these standards are upheld across the newsroom and maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of media law and the IPSO code.
