Quantity Surveyor

Title: Quantity Surveyor 
Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus package



This national housing developer have approached me to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their offices in Surrey and Berkshire.

Developing and building high volume units across London and the South, they are recognised as a leading residential developer within the construction industry. This developer often build within affluent areas, creating beautiful new homes that reflect the ethics of the company. 

They require a strong, commercially aware surveyor to join the team and deal with all aspects of development approvals, BOQs, procurement, CVRs, budget costings and all variations of JCT contracts including handover where necessary.

As a part of the above you will be required to work along side contract management, site management taking measurements on site. Working alongside the surveying team and reporting to directors and MDs. 

You will need to control sub-contract and main contract liaison, have relevant experience from similar national and multi national developers. Applicable qualifications would involve degree or high level surveying. A CSCS card is required, as on site work will need to be carried out. Your career experience will also need to show values and examples of projects ranging from £5 to £30 million per project within the residential development sector. 

A competitive package will be offered dependant on experience and will be negotiated on successful appointment.
