Tourism Campaigns Officer

Visit Essex is a leading destination management organisation responsible
for developing and promoting the visitor economy in Essex.

We position Essex as a desirable, accessible year-round destination for visitors and residents, with the end goal being an increase in the value of tourism to the county's economy and to increase business and revenue for our investors and members.

The value of the industry currently stands at £2.9 billion.

The team's principal purpose is to work in partnership with the public
and private sectors to support economic growth, through marketing
and promoting the wider county as a place to visit, live and do business,
and to continue to grow tourism.

Tourism Campaigns Officer
£18,000 - £21,000 | 12 month, fixed-term contract | part-time -
22 hours per week | Ref: 5861

As the Tourism Campaigns Officer, you will work within the tourism team
and project manage consumer campaigns using the full marketing mix
to ensure Visit Essex gets visibility in national and international arenas.

You will manage the entire campaigns from planning to evaluation.

The campaigns are to be creative, representative of Visit Essex members,
targeted, and meet the Visit Essex objectives, with the aim of them
attracting people to visit the county and increase visitor spend.
