We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Graduate to develop in a fast paced, challenging environment.

The Key Function:
This role will initially be in a supportive capacity however as you develop your skills and knowledge of the IT activities your focus will move from supporting the IT department to taking a more prominent and self-reliant role with increased responsibilities. Long term, this position will provide a crucial foundation for a career path leading to IT specialist and beyond!

The position will be responsible to the IT Manager and will include as a main focus: -
• In charge of the IT support of the local high-paced environment that operates 24/7.
• Coordination and administration of all the IT processes related to the IT Network.
• Accountable for all IT issues on site
• Provide IT solutions to departments across the site.
• Management of the local software solutions to ensure they are correctly maintained and secured.
• Scope hardware requirements to meet business needs and cost.
• The position will also involve supporting the IT Manager in new project launches and maintaining relationships with external professional service providers.
• Provide support to global IT projects including travel to other locations.
• Maintains relationships with IT vendors and professional services organizations
