We are looking for a candidate with sales background in the hospitality or e-commerce industry to develop company’s relationship with small and medium hotels/properties in London and acquire concierges of the hotels. The candidate should:

•       be based in London

•       have work permit to work in UK

•       be with proven records in sales, good understanding of London hotel market and ability to communicate with low management of the hotel in the same language

•       have the ability to inspire and sell the product idea and benefits of cooperation to the hotel low management and concierges

•       have flexibility and proactive approach while establishing the first contact with potential partner representative; ability to identify and understand partners’ insights and motivation

•       have excellent communication and presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

•       identify the list of properties to be approached in the first priority

•       recruit properties and concierges into the partnership program

•       discuss and confirm with each property/concierge terms and conditions for cooperation

TARGETS

•       to check and confirm the assumptions on the interest from potential partners and the overall channel capacity based on defined and approached number  of contacts and acquisitions made

•       to deliver insights, feedback on the most preferable mechanics of partnership (in case of positive feedback on the stage)

•       in cooperation with PlanetPass marketing team to fulfill onboarding of defined number of partners within 30 days period

•       to extend partners database within the next 60 days

WE PROPOSE

  • 3-4 months’ temporary contract after probation period to reach the established targets
  • 2 weeks’ probation period to check the candidate sales skills and channel potential
  • 700 pounds fixed salary for probation period + % commission for successful acquisitions made and KPIs met
  • 1100 pounds fixed monthly salary + % commission for successful acquisitions made and KPIs met
  • possible promotion for permanent position
