Salary: VH Scale 4 - 5 (£17,501 - £20,847)

12 Months Fixed Term Contract  – 35 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Receptionist / Administrator on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

This is a key function within the Neighbourhood Management Team, the role is the first point of contact for office visitors, establishing the purpose of their visit and assisting as necessary.

Also, to provide a range of administrative support services to North teams, making full use of available times, as reception duties allow

The successful person will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have a range of skills including excellent communication skills, IT skills including Microsoft word and experience of dealing with the public in a service environment.

The successful candidate for this Receptionist / Administrator role will be expected to be professional, co-operative and flexible to meet the needs of the team and its customers. The right person will also demonstrate the Group’s values of collaboration, customer service, flexibility, inspiration, integrity and responsibility.
