12 Months Fixed Term Contract – 37.5 per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Joiner – Multi Trade on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Croxteth.

As Joiner, you will deliver an all-encompassing quality neighbourhood, tenancy and environmental service, focused on sustaining homes and communities, assisting where necessary in the delivery of the organisation’s Response Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance Programmes while ensuring and maintaining an excellent level of Customer Service throughout

This Joiner role is an opportunity to work within a team to deliver an all-encompassing service to  tenants and neighbourhoods specifically working within void and tenanted properties carrying out complete Joinery works to a high standard.  Including fitting and reconfiguring kitchens, forming studwork for partition walls as well as minor works such as fitting skirting, architraves, doors and any other works pertaining to joinery or its associated works. Crucially ensuring work is completed within set timescales, complying with Health and Safety requirements and achieving customer satisfaction at all times.

To carry out multi trade tasks in addition to joinery, including tiling, screeding, and minor plumbing-including removing and re-fixing sanitary ware as well as patch plastering. The ability to work well within a team and maintain positive and co-operative working relationships with partners.
