The Abbeyfield Loughborough Society requires Estates Manager.
We are seeking to appoint a permanent full time Estates Manager to provide effective and efficient management of the facilities at our two Sheltered Houses and Registered Care Home within Loughborough.
You will oversee a small maintenance team and work closely with other Senior Managers to ensure the Society continues to develop as a safe, highly regarded and financially viable organisation.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, but ability to respond to weekend/emergency call outs will be required.
Salary: £28,392 p.a.
