Working under the supervision of the Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food and hygiene whilst preparing and cooking food for service users and staff. You will be expected to ensure that all cooking equipment is stored correctly and to take responsibility for the safe storage and use of food products, including checking food expiry dates and stock levels.
