Our Campus Support Services team is dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

As a member of the team you would help to provide a customer-focused support role for those who study, work, live, socialise and visit the University, responding to general campus-related incidents and undertaking proactive campus patrols, monitoring CCTV, door access control, car parking, alarm monitoring systems and business continuity.

As part of a service redesign and a commitment to the highest standards of service delivery, we are now seeking to recruit Campus Support Manager (2 posts).

(The above join a rotating shift pattern providing cover 24/7, 365 days a year)

Role holders will consistently demonstrate high levels of service culture values and help to drive continuous improvement in a diverse environment.

The successful applicants will be service delivery orientated, personable, have high levels of integrity, be dedicated to working within a successful team and be able to contribute positively to the performance of the service.
