LOCATION: Liverpool - Orrell Park & Aintree Village
JOB TITLE: Medical Receptionist
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP8.07 increasing to GBP9.13 per hour
WORKING HOURS: Part time between the hours of 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays on a rota basis
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a GP practice based in 2 locations in Liverpool - Aintree Village and Orrell Park. The two practices have just fewer than 15,000 patients meaning they are very busy surgeries.
THE ROLE: As a Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for being the first port of call to all patients either via the phone or face to face. You will be dealing with non-clinical queries for the patients and dealing with all general enquiries. You will be based between the two practices - Aintree Village and Orrell Park.

THE CANDIDATE: As a Medical Receptionist you will need to have great interpersonal skills, be compassionate and show great customer service at all times. Having experience working in a busy environment is highly desirable as this position can be face paced and very demanding.

THE CANDIDATE: As a Medical Receptionist you will need to have great interpersonal skills, be compassionate and show great customer service at all times. Having experience working in a busy environment is highly desirable as this position can be face paced and very demanding.
