This is a great opportunity to join a Steadily Growing Family Business, established in 2003, who specialise in the supply and installation of a wide range of aftermarket vehicle technology products.
Examples of products they specialise in include tow bars and towing electrics, tracking devices insurance approved alarms, beacon bars, Kelsa bars, CCTV, reverse cameras roof racks, Fors Compliance kits, vehicle racking, handsfree car kits, witness cameras, Eberspacher heaters etc to a wide range of vehicles across various industries on site in South Wales.
The role of the Sales and Administration Supervisor is a varied one. You will be responsible for responding to the sales enquiries coming into the office, liaising with customers, taking bookings, running the engineers google calendar, ordering parts, ensuring engineers have their stock along with adhering to all the administrative systems and process that go hand in hand with this role.
You would be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries whether that be on the telephone, face to face or by email and therefore exceptional inter-personal skills would be essential. The ability to think outside the box and be willing to go the extra mile for the company will be an advantage to the successful candidate.
Additional skills that are essential for this role would be an excellent organiser, administrator and communicator who is very good at working on their own initiative, willing to make decisions, is self-motivated and self-disciplined with a friendly and helpful nature. Flexibility is a must as well as the ability to pay attention to detail.
Essentially we are looking for a candidate who has experience in dealing with the products we specialise in however we would welcome a personality who fits the above criteria and stands out from the rest where product training could be given.
