We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant, for a 9 month secondment period based within our Bournemouth office. In this role you will perform reconciliations on Vitality Partner Invoices, make payments to Vitality Partners, and prepare monthly Vitality Partner Accruals journals.

The Finance Assistant,  duties and key responsibilities:

- Prepare Vitality Partner Accruals

- Reconcile Partner Invoices to Paradigm system data

- Reconcile Supplier ledger accounts

- Prepare SQL reports

- Prepare and process Partner payments and Partner invoices

- Liaison with Partners, Vitality Systems SA, Data Control Teams to resolve discrepancies & reconciling items in a timely manner

Our ideal Finance Assistant, will have the below skills and experience:

- Computer literate (MS Excel and Word) ideally including some practical experience of using a windows-based accounts application.

- Good verbal and written communication skills and show attention to detail. Organisational skills essential.

- Able to work in a team environment and is flexible in their approach. Will need to be able to work to tight deadlines, is capable of prioritising work and be able to use their own initiative.
