Patient Contact Centre Agent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Contact Centre Agent to join Smart Dental Care based in Manchester.
Smart Dental Care run a group of 15 Dental practices employing over 50 Dental Clinicians, serving over 60,000 patients and are based in the North West of England with a head office in Heald Green. The company is interested in providing the best quality ethical care and the most choice in a clinically safe environment.
The Patient contact centre agent is responsible for fostering high levels of NHS and Private Patient service in coordinating their dental check-up recalls and booking of appointments as appropriate and ensuring that they receive timely, appropriate and accurate dental information about the services provided by Dental Group of Practices. Candidate may need to visit dental practices and work over the reception as and when required.
As a Patient Contact Centre Agent your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Contacting new patients from waiting list and register them for dental practice.
- Reminder service for next day appointment.
- Recall letter folding and franking process.
- As and when required then responsible for data input, scanning, shredding or other admin duties.
- Preparing Patients Record Card, scanning their medical history form into the system and booking their appointments.
- May need to visit dental practices and work over the reception.
In return for this you will receive a salary of £6.70 to £7.20 per hour.
