This leading waste company is looking to expand their business with the help of a new Sales Executive! Help them expand their business and promote their recycling ethic!
Role and Responsibilities
Essential roles, responsibilities and activities a candidate can expect to assume in this position;
- Cold calling - door to door canvassing business to business
- Following up on potential leads (small value leads)
- Junior Sales opportunity, suitable candidates will need to close deals on the spot or quickly thereafter
- Develop opportunities for the Business Development Managers
- 100 % new business
- Source new business clients
- Ensure CRM is updated
- Keeping to sales targets set out by the company
- Travelling to customers premises to carry out waste audits where necessary
- Sign customer contracts when fully trained
- Keeping to the KPIs set by the company.
- Getting appointments with target organizations key management personnel in order to present the companies proposition highlights features, advantages and benefits
- Working within a designated geographical area - which is subject to change when designated areas are exhausted
Preferred Skills
- Sales experience B2B preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong networker, vibrant, positive attitude, reliable, self-motivated and tenacious character
- Knowledge of Waste and recycling desired put not essential as training will be given Good maths and English skills
- Computer literate
Required
- Full clean driving licence
Candidates will be based in their Manchester Trafford Park office however will mostly be working out in the field.
