Criteria or Competency

Experience:

• Experience in a Dental Practice - D (Essential or Desirable)
• Experience in a Manager role - E (Essential or Desirable)
• Experience within healthcare industry - D (Essential or Desirable)
• Experience in the running of a dental practice including practice protocols and CQC compliance - D (Essential or Desirable)

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritise work - E (Essential or Desirable)
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, face to face by phone - E (Essential or Desirable)
