Employee Benefits Consultant sought to provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their group scheme arrangements and to arrange and secure the appropriate cover. Role will also focus on developing relationships with clients and sectors, providing advice to clients and identifying potential new business opportunities.
Role:
Take specific responsibility for the retention, development of an agreed client portfolio, providing support to clients and provide exceptional customer service to secure and manage annual renewals and achieve customer growths.
Provide supervised advice to clients on financial products best suited to their present and /or future needs.
To provide an effective day to day servicing for clients and build productive relationships.
Manage the re-broking of risk benefits (where appropriate to role) in a timely manner in accordance with agreed procedures.
Prospect companies according to identified targets - develop/maintain a database of target clients, generate new and maintain existing professional connections, convert referrals.
Visit clients to ensure smooth operation of all aspects of administration of clients' schemes.
Skills/Experience:
Working within a EB Administrator role providing support to a range of clients on a variety of Group Schemes
Good understanding of market and group products.
Knowledge and experience of insurance products.
PC literate and knowledge of windows based Insurance system.
Thorough understanding of FSA regulations & guidelines relating to EB customers.
Ability to accurately analyse data in order to identify key issues, apply own judgement and experience when making decisions.
