Based in Cardiff Bay, this company is looking for a full time, permanent processor/admin assistant. The role pays a salary of £16,000 - £19,000 with an OTE of £25,000.

This role will see you working for the largest B2B packager of second charge mortgages in the UK. It is a key role in the general day to day running of the company, and involves both general administration work, and more specific processing and underwriting tasks.

Duties will include:

- General administration work
- Dealing with accountants/solicitors and building societies
- Assisting to underwrite loan applications

Skills needed:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Self motivated
- Must be proactive
- Maths GCSE
- Administration background

Client would ideally have:

- Finance/ Underwriting background
- CeMap level 3 qualification
