Customer Services Representative – Full Time

Salary - £17,000 per annum

U-Drive Ltd – Cardiff Branch

Established over 35 years ago, U-Drive is a family run organisation.   With 15 branches and a fleet of over 1700 vehicles, U-Drive is considered the largest wholly independent vehicle rental company in the Southwest.

We are currently looking to recruit a positive and friendly individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be required to provide an efficient telesales and sales administrative service to all customers, while providing a positive experience by:

• Enter booking details onto the system and process sales order agreements including invoices and payment handling

• Quote for customer requirements and take bookings, utilising the ‘Can Do’ attitude.

• Report faults, damage or general un-roadworthiness in accordance with safety regulations and Company procedures, as and when required

• Check vehicle at end of hire for damage, using appropriate system, as and when required

• Drive, deliver and/or collect vehicles directly to customer or inter-branch, as and when required

• Process requests via e-mail/telephone and maintain stocks of price lists and brochures

• Process all internet sales, address any queries and monitor system for enquiries as required

You will be working 45 hours per week on a rota basis on a salary of £17,000 per annum

The ideal applicant would:

• Be skilled at using Microsoft suite of business applications

• Be able to communicate at all levels including good telephone skills, ensuring appropriate levels of customer service and care

• Have knowledge of credit card, internet sales process and cash handling

• Have a full UK Driving Licence

• Be able to work to deadlines whilst working under pressure

• Be a team player

• Have sound general knowledge of sales administration

• Be honest and trustworthy
