Persimmon Homes West Wales require a Customer Care Assistant to work in our offices in Swansea.  The key responsibilities of the role are dealing with incoming communications from customers, logging telephone calls and monitoring progress.  This will also involve arranging for contractors to attend home visits, ordering materials and general administration.

 

The successful applicant will be a well organised, self motivated individual who possess good communication skills for the fast paced environment .  It is desirable that you will have Customer Service experience within an office environment, ideally in the building industry but this is not essential.  You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.

 

You will have a good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.  An excellent telephone manner with good typing skills are also essential for this role.
