3 x (6 Month FTC) (1x Maternity Cover position) (37.5 hours per week)

Our client are a service-led, niche pharmaceutical manufacturer, developer and supplier to the retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical wholesale, hospital, homecare and care home markets. They operate six business units offering a portfolio of innovative and complementary products and services to providers in primary and secondary care.

Part of the Group, Quantum Pharmaceutical manufactures and supplies specials and special obtains for the majority of large retail pharmacy chains in the UK, as well as large pharmaceutical wholesalers, hospitals and independent pharmacies.

They currently have a number of exciting opportunities for Customer Service Assistants to join them, processing customer orders and enquiries in line with departmental procedure.

In the role, you will deal with customer queries, liaise with courier services and suppliers regarding deliveries, and maintain documentation filing systems within the department. Supporting Pharmacy Services with customer technical enquiries and new products, you will undertake any training that the company deems necessary and maintain good housekeeping within the main office.

They are looking for someone who has previous experience within a customer service position and who is qualified to a minimum of GCSE level. Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, you will be able to prioritise your work effectively and should take a positive approach to building relationships with both colleagues and customers. You should have good IT skills.
