Administrator / Receptionist
OGL is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their Sales team based at their Kidderminster office.
The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the administrative workload for the Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate will be confident, assertive and a proactive professional who enjoys a challenge. Key to this role will be your strong administration skills, attention to detail and your ability to liaise and build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries
- Liaising with the Sales Consultants in response to customer queries
- Maintaining schedules and keeping accurate records
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal personnel
- Completing administration and reception tasks to support the needs of the business
- Answering calls, taking accurate messages and greeting visitors
Competencies required:
- High organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience in working to deadlines
- Experience of working in a team environment
Experience and Skills required:
- Administrative experience in a sales environment is desirable
- Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and Power Point
- A commitment to create a first class customer service environment
- An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach
