So we’re now looking for an HR Customer Agent to ensure that’s just what we give them. You’ll undertake specialist recruitment administrative tasks, as well as being the first point of contact for advice on all people and resourcing policies.
Great telephone and written communication skills are essential and you’ll need to be able to effectively use management information to support and coach customers. It’s about quickly understanding needs and going all-out to meet them, personally taking ownership of feedback and making sure it’s acted upon. So, as well as great HR knowledge, you’ll also be highly self-motivated and have excellent IT skills.
