Customer Services Assistants (x2)

Customer Service Assistants required. Our client, a leading manufacturer of manual cleaning products and has 2 exciting opportunities within the Customer Services Team.  

The roles are to provide technical and product support to a range of customers and deal with enquiries and queries, professionally, efficiently and in a polite & courteous manner.  

The successful applicants will have experience of managing customer relationships for a designated group of accounts from order through to invoice payment 

Applicants must be keyboard literate with excellent pc skills, have an organised and methodical approach, good telephone manner, be capable of working on their own initiative and have the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.  

Starting salary is £15k rising to £16,250 after successful 6 month training period.
