Salary £15,110.75 per annum – (£7.20 per hour), plus £1,200 essential car user allowance
Temporary, Full Time - 40.25 hours per week, working rotational day and night shifts (Mon – Sun)

Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 homes in Macclesfield and surrounding areas. They are passionate about what they do in providing high quality homes and investing in their communities to improve people’s lives.

They are seeking a confident, assertive individual with experience of working frontline with vulnerable people.  You will be based at home on call for 40.25 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off basis.  Day shifts 8.00am to 8.00pm; night shifts 8.00pm to 8.00am.

You’ll be able to calmly assess, prioritise and communicate quickly and effectively in highly pressurised situations.  The ability to work with the minimum of supervision and to utilise your initiative is vital, as is a full driving licence and your own vehicle.  You must live within a 15 mile radius of Crewe to be eligible for this role.
