Specific Duties will include:
Undertake a variety of duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the team
Maintain and develop administrative systems, such as filing, databases, spreadsheets, etc.
Deal with internal and external customer/ stakeholder enquiries
Provide support to colleagues in related project work and initiatives
Operate appropriate systems and technology
Prepare management information and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, recommending and implementing improvements
