JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Audit Administration Assistant / Operations Auditor that has an eye for detail with the ability to identify errors and areas for improvement.

Working as the Administrator / Audit Administration Assistant / Operations Auditor you will work within a team environment where you will be tasked with improving and maintaining quality across the Operations area.

Your responsibilities as the Administrator / Audit Administration Assistant / Operations Auditor will involve carrying out regular reviews and providing the results with feedback to the Operations Managers. 

As the Administrator / Audit Administration Assistant / Operations Auditor you will be involved with auditing a variety of administration tasks and telephone calls across the operations area, looking for adherence to procedures, opportunities for improvement and giving feedback on the level of customer service.

A good level of customer focus, productivity and attention to detail is important for this role. Full training will be provided and the successful candidate will spend time firstly working the processes they will audit.

DUTIES

  • Carrying out audits in line with audit plan
  • Identifying audit errors and liaising with Team Leaders to implement a fix
  • Discussion and explanation of audit errors with Team Managers
  • Looking across the audit results to identify trends and recommend support required

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication skills
  • Confident at negotiating, questioning and providing feedback.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail
