Job Title: Area Field Sales Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £21,000 with OTE £35,000

Our client is a marketing technology and app development company who have developed a series of digital marketing, advertising and loyalty platforms, allowing pubs, restaurants & sports clubs to communicate with their customers both in and out of venue to drive footfall, sales and loyalty.

Job Role:

  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating areas to sales reps
  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
  • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting back to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Hours:

Minimum of 37.5 hours a week. Flexible working hours are required as travelling to visit customers and your sales team may often make your working day longer. Your job may involve some overnight stays away from home.

The Candidate:

As a sales manager you would organise, coach and lead a team of sales representatives to work towards agreed sales targets. In this job you'll be using your management skills and enthusiasm to motivate others. You'll also need to be organised and good at planning.

Entry requirements You will have a clean, full driving licence. You will need proven experience in sales, with a good record of achieving targets.
