Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager

A small but rapidly expanding accountancy practice, just south of Chester, are recruiting for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a public practice background.

This new role is due to continuous new and existing business growth.

The role:
The practice is significantly weighted towards a corporate client base and the role involves the preparation of financial statements for small and medium sized businesses as well as corporate and personal tax. Although not essential, if the candidate has audit experience then there is also the opportunity to lead on a number of audit assignments.

Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the partners the role involves a significant amount of client contact and the supervision and mentoring of other staff members. The role will also involve providing direct assistance to partners.
