Enterprise Facilitator
£25,440 - £27,123; Fixed term up to 31st March 2017.
The Welsh Government is supporting four local authorities, including Bridgend CBC, to implement an Enterprise Facilitation project based on the Sirolli Institute model. Each local authority area will have an Enterprise Facilitator to undertake this work.
A resourceful, self-motivated person is wanted to help facilitate the establishment of individual business enterprises by supporting people with business ideas and acumen. The person must be people orientated and an excellent communicator able to reach a wide cross-section of the community including those unemployed or economically inactive. The person must have a practical business mind with a feel for good, viable and sustainable enterprises and the person or people behind the idea.
