1 Year Contract, starting September 2016

We're seeking a primary PPA teacher for a school in South Huddersfield. The school is in a lovely out of town area of Huddersfield to the south of the authority. The school is a smaller than average primary school. The school are looking for an experienced teacher for the role who has excellent knowledge of the current national curriculum across KS1 & 2. The school have a very close cummunity feel.

The role is a temporary contract from September.

- PGCE certification
- A relevant degree qualification
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to promote effective teaching and learning

Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparation & delivery of curriculum necessary subject matter
- Providing engaging and interactive lessons
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
- Participating in and organising extracurricular activities, such as outings, social activities and sporting events
- Preparing pupils for qualifications and external examinations
