Role Summary

This role presents a unique opportunity to be one of the key members of this award winning sales team by defining and developing the market across the UK. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by adding new clients and growing existing accounts. He/she will manage multiple client relationship and take them from pilot to revenue generating projects.
To sell a range of business transformation solutions including software, services and technology managed services to a set of between 20 and 30 accounts across a broad range of vertical sectors.

Responsibilities

Developing and managing Corporate Accounts
* To deliver sustainable in year and long term revenue with the required margin, in line with targets.
* Identify, win and manage sales opportunities to ensure a robust pipeline is developed with new and existing clients
* Create and maintain opportunity plans for new business in accordance to Roc Sales Process
* Actively prospect for new clients
* Cross-sell Roc solutions and services

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Must have extensive experience in generating new leads and growing existing relationships and end to end responsibility of generating and growing revenue base in the business transformation domain and strong experience in selling solutions and professional services to a broad range of verticals.

Requirements

* Expert in communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of the Business Transformation and/or Technology & Digital Transformation market
* Solution Selling experience
* Personal Management and Administrative skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Experience of selling application software or consultancy/outsourcing
* Development of business benefit based propositions with support from the existing accounts and proposition design
* Ability to price accordingly and work with legal and finance through to closure
* Experience of selling Business led solutions
* Possesses excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Analytical, flexible, cross functional and creative thinker with a collaborative approach to performing his/her responsibilities
* Detail-oriented, data driven leader with the ability to multi-task
* An intrinsic drive to be successful
* A self-starter and a team player
* Successful sales track record in exceeding assigned individual quotas
* Experience in both a start-up and established business a bonus
* Relevant experience in Salesforce CRM software
