About the Role

As Business Change Manager, you must manage the delivery of business change projects and programmes from initial concept to delivery.

Whilst managing the associated delivery teams and workstreams, you will work with external clients and internal Account Managers / Directors by providing ongoing Project / Programme Management and aid in the development of new opportunities with existing and new clients. Keeping the Director of Operations informed at all times, you must review initial project / programme requests and assess feasibility with team members.

The Business Change Manager will also create end to end project and programme plans to ensure governance is in place to successfully complete project on time, to budget and to the agreed criteria. You will lead business change consultation, briefing the required delivery units on requirements. Defining costs and timescales, you will manage project / programme build and highly and manage any issues, key dependencies and further requirements as necessary.

About You

Candidates for this role must have experience and evidence of managing and delivering business change projects / programmes, utilising project methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile / Scrum, ideally within the digital or automotive industry. One of your key strengths is the ability to collaboratively lead, develop and manage cross functional and high performing project delivery teams, internal stakeholders, external customers and 3rd party suppliers.

With excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, you should have the ability to design items of communication to convey complex issues in an easily understood fashion and have an analytical mind in order to determine client requirements. You will need a meticulous attention to detail along with an aptitude to take ownership of duties and accountability for team’s deliveries.
