Joining them as a Study Programme Tutor for their Centre in Manchester, you will be responsible for designing, planning and delivering inspirational programmes of learning that engage and motivate young people to progress and achieve.  Managing and delivering diverse learning opportunities from a group of learners from initial interview and assessment, through to successful completion, you will teach Health and Social Care and Functional Skills Maths and English from entry to a Level 2 as a minimum, in day and independent learning sessions.  You will provide their learners with learning opportunities that aspire to outstanding and adhere to those standards within the common inspection framework.


To be successful in this role, candidates will hold a PGCE / Cert in Education or L5 Diploma in Education and Training and will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Functional Skills and Health and Social Care. With experience of teaching young people, ages 16+, you will have hands on experience of working with individuals with varying behaviour management needs and barriers to learning, whilst designing, planning and tracking the impact on each individual. Highly methodical, organised with good time management, you will have strong ICT skills, to include all Microsoft packages and experience of eILPs and above all will be committed to and highly experienced at developing positive tutor / learner relationships that support learner progress and achievement.
