An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly self motivated individual, with events / exhibitions trade experience to join our small team and help support the ‘not so routine‘ day to day management of our company’s events.

What you’ll need

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Strong communication skills with an eye for detail
• An understanding of computer systems & in house system usage
• The ability to follow instructions and be self-motivated
• Confidence in working as part of a team
• Previous experience in the events or exhibitions trade
• A creative, diplomatic and confident approach
• To be able to support both internal and external customers at all levels

The role
As an Events Crew member you will be based at our brand new warehouse in Worcester where you will be mainly responsible for managing the online orders and distribution of the company’s sales literature and portable exhibition equipment via a courier service. Your daily duties will include:
• Loading & unloading of event kit
• Supporting in the design and pre-building of exhibition stands
• Administration of the collateral website
• Some early starts / late finishes / long hours, with overtime paid in lieu time
• Providing support at on-site events, with occasional overnighters
• General upkeep of the warehouse
• Stock control
• Managing & allocating incoming deliveries
• Maintenance & cleanliness of event equipment

This is a physically demanding role so the candidate will need to understand the importance of the correct heavy lifting procedures in a work place.
