Teacher of Maths, Permanent - September 2016

The department is well balanced with some very experienced practitioners and some younger teachers developing and sharing their skills. The academies Key Stage 4 students study the AQA Maths Syllabus.

This is a full time permanent position and you will be expected to demonstrate that you are able to:

- Provide quality teaching, learning and assessment through planned lessons ensuring maximum learning progress.

- Work Collaboratively with relevant staff in the planning of units of work

- Maintain records of pupils work and identify pupils who need further support to make expected progress

- Undertake responsibility for a tutor group and monitor the social and academic progress of individuals in the group

- Support the aims of the academy to promote a positive learning environment
