As their Customer Service Advisor they don't just invest in you, they will provide you with all the latest technology, support and knowledge to help you maintain and deliver excellent service to their customers. They are currently looking for a number of advisors to join several teams within their business - The first notification of loss reporting team, recoveries team and the vehicle hire team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Updating the clients file with relevant information using the bespoke Company system
- Keeping all relevant paperwork for vehicle and licensing files up to date with accuracy
- Ensuring the client's and referrers are called within the company agreements for the department and calls being answered with the company agreements for the department
- Setting the claim up in accordance to the correct source and the way the claim has been reported to us
- To achieve and maintain individual, team and departmental targets
- Ensuring the files are contacted with the required time frame and working to your most efficient when completing the questionnaires
- To collate and record client questionnaires with accuracy meeting Department and Referrer Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring the companies standards are met when speaking to clients and referrers.
