Location: Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan and RCT
Salary: £22,373 - £28,134
Innovate Trust manage a number of Supported Living Services in Cardiff, Vale and RCT. We are seeking to recruit Scheme Managers to effectively manage some of these Supported Living Services.
Innovate Trust provides personal care and support to people with learning and other disabilities who have varying degrees of support needs.
Previous experience of working with people with various health and physical disabilities is essential.
Your overall responsibility will be to effectively manage the operational service delivery of Supported Living Schemes ensuring high quality provision which complies with commissioners and regulation specification.
Your other responsibilities will include day-to-day line management duties, maintaining and forming excellent relationships with health and social care professionals, families’ landlords and other partners.
The person appointed will be able to demonstrate considerable management experience and leadership skills in order to maintain and improve service delivery and comply with organisational and external expectations
