Reporting to the Commercial Director and based in London, the successful candidate will be an ambitious and motivated Marketing manager who is a confident communicator and is capable of helping the company attain their growth objectives.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Purpose
The role of the marketing manager is to translate strategy and business objectives into tactical marketing communications plans, develop integrated online and offline campaigns, project manage events and measure results to demonstrate ROI.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the Commercial Director to formulate and implement marketing strategy and plans in-line with the business objectives for the UK and Ireland.
• Coordinate all marketing campaigns and monitor and evaluate results. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) advantageous.
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets.
• Manage all marketing activity across multiple channels including website, online and offline advertising, email marketing and events.
• Provide the business with marketing tools and collateral as required.
• Present quarterly updates on marketing activity and results to COO and Commercial Director to provide
• Manage database & identify lead generation opportunities.
• Manage external PR, SEO/PPC and Design agencies
• Research & analyse target groups and competitors

Key Requirements:

• Degree educated
• 3 years + experience in a B2B Marketing role
