The Contact Centre is at the heart of our business, providing that critical first point of contact for our customers. We are responsible for a wide variety of customer services such as setting up a new current account to dealing with lost and stolen credit cards, whilst considering customer needs and delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. With every call you will take the maximum opportunity to enhance customer experience and exceed expectations as well as building meaningful relationships with our customers.

What we are looking for:

  • People who have worked within a call centre environment with experience of direct customer handling and query resolution

  • People with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • A flexible attitude and a the ability to solve problems

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The role is based on a rotating shift pattern which will including and weekends.

Week 1- 12.15pm-8.00pm

Week 2- 1.15pm-9.00pm
