Customer Service Advisor Part-time 2 on/6 off 12 hour shifts

Part time position working 2 shifts on followed by 6 shifts off with the opportunity to achieve generous monthly bonus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology, marketing and support services business with circa 70 staff based in Didsbury, South Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking for highly motivated, customer service specialists to join their award winning, fast paced 24/7 Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing all inbound contact; predominantly via Live Chat, also using Email and Phone, striving for First Contact Resolution.
- Playing an active role in customer retention, using knowledge of the business and initiative to offer rewards and incentives.
- Liaising with other departments whilst maintaining full ownership of the customer's query.
- Welcoming and verifying new customers.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent written and verbal customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task during busy periods
- Strong problem solving skills and high levels of initiative
- An ability to learn multiple systems
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working within a Customer Service capacity

The shift patterns currently available are: - 12 hour day shift from 7am to 7pm, 2 days on, 6 days off
