We are continuously recruiting for determined, hardworking individuals to work as Food Production Operatives at our client’s busy poultry site in Sandycroft.

Working on a busy, fast paced production line, the main duties of the role will include processing and packing poultry, you will be an invaluable member of the team.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. All we ask for is a good work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to work well as part of a team. Good communication skills are necessary.

Applicants will need to have a flexible approach to working hours as we operate on a 2 week shift rotation:

Week 1: Sunday from 5.45am – 2.45pm, Monday to Thursday from 5.45am – 1.30pm.
Week 2: Monday – Thursday from 2pm – 9.45pm, Friday from 8.45am – 5.45pm.

The rate of pay is £6.70 per hour (£7.20 for over 25's), rising to £7.13 per hour after 12 weeks of employment.

Immediate starts available for suitable applicants who pass the onsite medical and induction. These are ‘on going’ positions. You may also have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with our client after 3 months of service.
