Sales Representative

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a full-time business to business External Sales Representative to join Intastop.  This position will cover the South West of England & Wales.

Intastop is a busy, dynamic, expanding family run business with a turnover at present of £3 million and looking for growth.  The company provides door and wall protective products along with anti-ligature products to a variety of market areas such as Health, Mental Health, Education and Retail.

The role of Sales Representative will involve visiting clients for developing Intastop business through B2B or Construction in line with the strategy and include the following duties:

• Visiting both existing accounts and new accounts to increase sales
• Develop the sales and pipeline of projects in the territory
• Personal involvement in key projects or key accounts with the National Sales Manager/Key Accounts Manager
• Hold presentations / visits to Architects, Contractors and End Users
• Maintain the sales margin at the levels required
• Win market share
• Gather and report on all market intelligence, competition, project prices etc..
• Ensure we offer the best quality of service

Management and reporting

• Responsible for implementing the sales plan i.e. activity and direction
• Co-Ordinating activities with internal sales person
• Monthly reporting to the Sales Director

An ideal Sales Representative would be a dynamic professional who is looking for a career progression from selling consumables into the construction industry or from builders merchant into specification based environment. 

Ideally the candidate should have full UK driving licence, I.T literate, good 2-way communication skills, with previous field sales experience and able to work in a close team environment.

In return for this you will receive a salary of £18,500 - £33,000 dependent upon experience + OTE and other benefits such as company car, IPad, Phone, Laptop.
